How do buyers see your home?

Tips for showing your home to look its best!

Personal Recommendations:

Secure any valuables that you may have as a precaution

Save the business cards of the people who showed your house

If people who are not accompanied by an agent want to see your home, please refer them to us.

It is always best if you can leave while your house is being shown.

The prospective buyers usually feel more freedom to discuss the things they like or dislike about your home.

Their realtor may be able to offer suggestions they are looking for.

Note:  If you do have to be home during a showing, discretion is advised.  Never discuss personal property, reasons or time frame for selling, financing terms, or the price you may be willing to sell for.  These are all key points in negotiating the best possible terms for the sale of your home.  Leave the negotiating to the experience of your agent.  Let them work for you.
