 Dawn,

Just a quick and untimely thank you for all the help you have given Terrie and I. As I said before the "flood" began, God smiled the day we found you. Even though this has been a comedy of errors for the past 2 weeks, I commend you for your guidance, your perseverance, your candor and mostly for your knowledge. You have not only managed my side of this sale so well, but also, you have been helpful to the seller's agent , Megan, in her dealing with each and every problem. This, and the whole time I've felt assured it was always in our best interest. There's talent.

We both feel very protected under your watchful eye. Above and beyond? That is what you have been all about. Now, it is evident why you are so successful in your career. If we can close this contract, and we are thinking we can, it will be very close to a minor miracle. Something tells me though, that working miracles is what your about. Saying thank you at this point will not express the true depth of what having you "there" for us has meant.

Lastly, you have my highest recommendation for all of CTS needs for our wonderful city. This has been my fifth home purchase, and I will never do another one without you.

expertise. She listened to us, she made sure everything went smoothly from financing to babysitters. I would
